Nancy started her career in Real Estate in 2003 representing buyers and sellers in the Santa Barbara, Ventura and Ojai Area. Her commitment, attention to detail and expertise makes for a smooth real estate transaction. Her experience includes Listings, Short Sales and Bank Owned Properties. Nancy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Graphics from Cal State Northridge which has given her valuable tools to create Marketing Materials to promote a property. Nancy speaks Spanish fluently and has lived in this area for the past 25 years. She enjoys spending time with her family, going to yoga classes and exploring Ojai’s hiking trails.
